A very primitive way to make homemade temporary tattoos is to draw what you want on a piece of paper with an ink pen. Then, take a stick of gel deodorant and rub a thin layer over the drawing. Lay the drawing on your skin and carefully press down. Once you're done, you should have a perfect temporary tattoo!

if you use wax paper like the paper you put down for cookies and you insert it in your printer and then you find an image online you like and you print it then it works. just don't let the tattos sit out so long or else they will dry.!!!!!!!!

You could try using a "Sharpie" permenant marker. I read somewhere that this is how they make tatoos for the movies. I would try somewhere inconspicous first.

Best bet would be to go and just buy yourself henna. You can either purchase the stuff in readymade cones but if you want to make it at home, the henna that is used to color the hair can be mixed and applied as well. Once you mix the stuff, let it dry, apply lime juice, wait, wash and show-off.

Draw a design on a piece of paper. Then copy and fill in that design on the skin with water-soluble markers.

A good way is to [if you use a tanning bed or spray tan] put stickers on before you tan, and it will leave you with a temp tattoo.

Take piece of printer paper, washrag, and pen. Draw your design on paper REALLY THICK. Wet down washrag so it almost drips(if thats the way you want to put it). Put paper on the selected area. Face down and put the rag on top. Wait 20 seconds. Then let dry.

Um using permanent marker can give you skin cancer...don't try that. Try non-toxic markers :)

sharpie's are non toxic. it says it on the marker. however you can get ink poisoning from any ink if you draw over open wounds or sores.  add a comment
