How do I lose 2 pounds per week?

I have a special occasion coming up and I need to lose 2 pounds per week to be ready for it.

The best way to lose 2 pounds per week is to remain constant with an exercise program including mostly cardio workouts. Running, walking, or jogging will help your body burn calories. Also try eating foods low in carbohydrates, and make sure your body is getting enough protein, water, and minerals.

You must eat less. Avoid all the foods containing sugar (sodas, cookies, etc. ). Reduce drastically very fat (oily) foods: like bacon, salami, cheese, fried foods, and so on. Reduce somehow the charbo, like rice, potatoes, bread. Drink water aplenty. Reduce salt. Walk briskly 45 minutes/day. I went from 275 to 233 pounds in the last 12 weeks.

Use a calorie counter! You can find one online, and it will tell you how many calories to consume in a day to lose weight. Lift light weight it does wonders, you will be surprised! The elliptical is your best friend! I lost 20 lbs in 3 months doing this.

To lose ten pounds a week you should try and do thirty minutes to an hour of aerobic exercise a day along with reducing your calorie intake. Try eating more fruits and vegetables and reducing the amount of carbs and fatty foods that you eat and eliminate sugar drinks from your diet.

This is an ambitious but reasonable goal. Eat sparing but balanced meals, more protein and vegetables than carbs. Eat earlier in the day with no food at all after 6 pm. Much of your initial weight loss will be water weight, so stay hydrated but don't overdo it. Get abundant calorie-burning exercise like swimming or vigorous lengthy walks.

Try using a product called "3x Slimming Diet" I buy mine on Ebay, works great for my friends and I so I recommend it.

First of all, congrats on choosing a reasonable goal. Lots of people are looking for a way to lose huge amounts of weight immediately. To lose 2 pounds a week, the biggest change you should make is adding some more physical activity. Walking for at least 30 minutes a day should burn about 2 pounds. Also reduce fat/calories.

sorryy!!:p I meant ummm.. yea do alot of cardio( walk,run,jogg,etc.) of coursee eat healthyy!!! and drink plenty of water!!
