You can learn K-1 combat in the military only and if you really wants to learn it means play street fighter games in that game a character will use K-1 combat. Please don't learn that combat to attack a person.

To learn K-1 combat, you should get in touch with a certified instructor. Even a military recruiter in your town may be willing to teach you. It is a requirement in the military so they will definitely know how. If you want to do it on your own, you'll need to either get videos or books to help you.
