How do I fix the power window motor in my Town and Country?

Slip a stiff putty knife behind the door panel. Slide the knife up and down until it stops , ther will be a plastic pop in screw. Pop the panel off this first screw and the rest will offer little resistance.

Typically you remove any screws from the armrest and around the door handle then pop the clips loose that run along the edge of the panel with a trim tool or a pry bar. Once loose you will have to disconnect any wires running to the door panel and set it aside. then you should have access to the motor.

there are three screws under the armrest, After you remove them then the rest of the door panel is held in by clips. be very careful not to break off the plastic clips. When you have the door panel then you will have to remove the plastic vapor cover off the door. and they you have it.

Place a screwdriver behind panel and pop the panel off. It is only held on with plastic rivets. Should be no problem.
