Most factory gauges are sealed and require special skills to repair. You can send the off to be fixed or simple find a function replacement at a local salvage yard or online.

On an older F150 by the time you diagnose the problem with the gauge and replace just that part your better off going to a salvage yard and just purchasing a used gauge cluster and replacing the whole thing, it's more cost effective and you know that you will fix the problem as the whole cluster is replaced.

The gauges are sealed and need to be sent off to the factor to be fixed. You can look around at the junk yards to see if they have one.

If the gauges have seemed to go out on your Ford then you will need to check all of your wires.
