How do I fix a "dhgbo.dll" error?

On start up, the message is "Error loading WINDOWS/$NtUninstallMTF197$/dhgbo.dll The specified module could not be found". How do I fix it?

Use msconfig to check all start up items and uncheck any that are not required and see if the issue continues, obtain and run some spyware removal software and uninstall superfluous software, if the issue persists then a reinstallation of the OS will fix.

It is most likely a virus that has installed some spyware application to run on start-up. Use msconfig to check all start up items and uncheck any that are not required and see if the issue continues, obtain and run some spyware removal software and uninstall superfluous software, if the issue persists then a reinstallation of the OS will fix.

There are a lot of free websites that offer DLL's for free download, especially for these kind of problems... A quick look in Google should set you up. Try it.
