First thing to do is remove in this order, Valve cover, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, electrical connectors, then the head bolts. If you know what cylinder the bent valve is on check for damage to the head and piston. You will need special tools like a valve spring compressor.

Remove in the following order. Valve order, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, electrical connectors, lastly the head bolts. The cylinder thats bent on valve check for damages on head and piston. You'll need a valve spring compressor tool and you might need new seal valves if they were damaged. If you're a beginner consult your user manual/or call your local mechanic.

In general a repair like this isn't easy for someone considers themselves a "novice". If you consider yourself this, you should consult your user manual or call your local mechanic.

Well if the engine has a bent valve it must be replaced. This means that the head must come off the engine and the valve-train disassembled. New valve seals may need to be installed if they were also damaged.

Bent valves are typically from over revving the motor. They take a lot of work to fix and you will mostly likely have to replace the valve guides as well. It would be better and cheaper to buy a new valve at around $100.

Well if the valve is bent and no other damage was done the all you need to do is remove the valve and install a new one. The head will need to be removed which means the top half of the engine will need to be disassembled. You might also need to have new guide pressed in.

They is no way of fixing valve that has bent other than simply replacing it. This means the head will have to come off and inspected to make sure it can be reused. The piston should also be checked for damage. Then you can replace the valve an reassemble everything.

You will have to tear into the head of the honda motor in order to replace the bent valve. You will also have to make sure the valve itself hasn't damaged any other parts of the motor.

you will probably have to take it to someone who knows what they're doin. I would just have the whole thing checked over.
