In excel 2007, with your chart selected, click the Layout menu. You will have 6 panels: Properties, Shapes, Labels, Axes, Background, Analysis. Now click to Data Labels in Labels panels, and then click the display option what you want.

Once you click on the graphs, three tabs will appear; the layout, design, and format then you can proceed to follow the below directions. Pick, a graph, that fits your needs, then click on the graph, choose design the tab, pick style number 4 for an example, you can add a title, font color of graph, legend and axis color.

Click Chart Tools tab on the title Bar, and then Click Layout tab. Under labels group on the Layout tab, click either Chart or Axis Tiles.

You need to click the insert tab. You will see insert text box. Once that is selected you can drag a text box anywhere in the graph space. For suite 99 it will work fine with windows XP. If for some reason it wont install, run a cleaner that will get rid of any old suite files then reinstall.

The easist way to make labels is not to use excel but use word. They have a special label maker wizard under "special documents".

You have 50 words left!
