The Mickey Mouse Platy is best kept in small to medium sized groups. Ten Gallons is enough to house three to four of the fish. However, Mickey Mouse babies will turn into adults very quickly so you should be ready to have a bigger tank. It is a good idea to keep several females for every male.

As soon as you can, remove the babies to a separate tank. Even better, move the mother before she gives birth. Feed them finely crushed up flakes.
