This is very easy, simply go up to the girl and ask her for her screen name, phone number email or whatever you need. Everyday for at least a week, get to know her better by asking her questions, then finally ask her out.

She will respect you more if you are yourself. Be honest and remember that she is just another person. Make sure that you know what you want and ask her.

The best thing to do is just talk to her for a little bit and see if she seems interested. Sometimes they want to go out they are just shy.
