One of the simplest and most attractive arrangements is to slice fruit thinly, but not too think it collapses when dipped in chocolate, then arrange in a fan pattern.

Use rotating table to display the chocolate fountain. Place the nicely performed fruits such as strawberry, pineapple, etc in various tables around it. consider that, there should be different kinds of fruits on all the tables and strawberry is a must. If can have another deck of fruits also. This makes better to view.

Make sure the fruit is bite sized. Arrange them on a tray where the most people will have access to it at once. Make sure there are plenty of sticks.
