To achieve a plaster look, apply a base color and then use two different glazes colors over the base color, blotting the glaze with a soft cloth as you apply.

well depending on what you mean. two tone paint is sold by duplicolor called Mirage which can be found at any paint store

Use a dual sponge roller available in the paint department of your hardware store. You use a dual paint tray with 2 colors and this roller in a zig-zag motion.
