Bronchial dilators ease breathing suffers from asthma and other breathing disorders. The Bronchial dilators prevent air passages from narrowing, allowing them to remain open for easier breathing. Inhaled bronchial dilators bring quick relief in case of emergence, I have them myself!

Common bronchial dilators such as Albuterol work by selectively stimulating the beta 1 and beta 2 receptors of the sympathetic nervous system. The desired effect is to stimulate the beta 2 receptors, but beta 1 receptors are also stimulated. Beta 1 receptors result in increased heart rate and beta 2 receptors result in bronchodilation.

Bronchial dilators or bronchodilators work by acting on smooth muscle in the walls of the bronchi (small airways) in the lung. The bronchodilators cause the muscle to relax through various mechanisms. This causes them to widen enabling the patient to breathe with less effort.

Bronchial dilators open up (dilate) the air passages within the lungs, which might clench and close off due to certain conditions like asthma. Opening the air passages allows easier breathing and increased air capacity in the lungs.

Bronchial dilators work by relaxing bronchial spasms and airway constrictions. They work by making the airways relax, decreasing the constriction. It is essentially a relaxant for the lungs. It does not, however, reduce inflammation within the lungs. Bronchial dilators within inhalers are absorbed by the airways upon inhalation, relaxing muscles / airways on contact.
