Eating many foods with high potassium levels will help get rid of your foot cramps in no time. Try eating some foods such as these; bananas, tomatoes, potatoes, meats, poultry and fish. They are all very high in potassium.

Potassium is in so many of our foods that one should check that they are not taking a medication which is causing the problem. Adding orange juice, mango, bananas, prunes and melons to one's diet would be a great start in fixing this problem. If this isn't good enough, then you should seek help from a doctor.

Pump up your potassium levels by including potassium-rich foods in your diet. Good sources include bananas, cantaloupe, apricots, the cabbage family (cauliflower/broccoli/Brussels sprouts/cabbage), and strawberries, just to mention a few. Refer to the USDA National Nutrient Database (online) for more info about the potassium levels of various foods.

You can add an extra potassium rich food to your diet everyday. Foods high in potassium are bananas, potatoes especially sweet potatoes, strawberries and pretty much all fruits and vegetables have potassium.
