Unfortunately, there really is no way to clear your driving record. Whatever you have on your record is information that is available to people who do a background check on you, and they have a right to that information. Certain offenses may be taken off after a certain amount of time, however.

Depends on the state or country in which you received your driver's license. Sometimes, only the passage of time will clear your driving record.

It depends on the state, some tickets will get removed from your record after a certain period of years, usually between 3-5. Something like a DUI may never come off.

Firstly check with your local driving standards agency, different countries may differ in programs that they offer to assist in elimination of points from your license. You may be required to do classroom sessions, take physical driving lessons or resit your theory and practical exams dependant upon the original offence.

depends on the state you live in, and whats on your driving record. Most offenses will fall off on their own, in time, but some may stay on for what amounts to forever. in WI where I live, an OWI stays on your record for yrs. Most insurance companies, and employers however only go back years

To clear your driving record, you will have to research on the laws in the State that you reside. You would look under expungement laws. However, there are expungement lawyers that you can contact for cases like that.
