Backing soda is a item with as strong base. To balance ph with it you would want to calculate the ph of a acid and mix in the proper amount of baking soda. There is no exactly way for me to tell you how much but i can tell you backing soda is reactive with acid no reaction no acid.

Yes a teaspoon of baking soda mixed with an 8 onuce glass of water, taken twice a day will help if you are too acidic. You can test your PH balance with PH strips from the pharmacy or ordered online.

For skin, it's pretty easy. Half cup of baking soda per tub of water, soak for about ten minutes then rinse off in the shower.

Making a paste of water and baking soda is often used in Spain as an alternative for deodorant because it alters the Ph, which reduces odor causing bacteria in that area. However, if this isn't what you want it for consider adding a fourth of a cup to the bath water.

Yes, you can use some baking soda mixed with corn starch to cut back on the scratch you get from the baking soda. Baking soda is a good deodorant because you will experience barely any odor and it is an ingredient in most deodorants found in stores already. Add a little water to the baking soda for easy application.

You will need to experiment with the amount but usually between 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. mixed with a glass of water. Drink this 2 times per day either at the beginning of the day or the end of it, your choice.
