How can I troubleshoot problems with my computer speakers?

First you should check to make sure your volume is on. Then make sure you have the right driver for your graphics card. If all is well, you may have blown out the speakers.

The first way is by making sure that the speaker line/USB cable is plugged in correctly. There should be a headset type symbol next to the jack. If that doesn't work then try to make sure that the mute button is not on or the sound it turned up. Otherwise the speakers might be broken.

As a former IT professional, I can tell you the first thing to do is verify everything is plugged in, turned on, and booted up!

you need to check if your speaker are pluged. and then you need to go to Start,control panel and to audio device
