You should work with your OB - generally pink eye is treated with antibiotics and there are some that are safe for use during pregnancy.

Eye drops should not have an effect on your unborn baby. There are several over the counter medications that are approved for children for Pink Eye that would treat yours as well. These medications do not enter the blood stream therefore will have no effect on your unborn baby. Always consult with your ob.

I had pink eye when I was pregnant. I went to my doctor and they gave me the regular prescription eye drops. They are considered safe during pregnancy. If you are unsure, ask your Ob.

Pink eye treatment will not harm your baby, when you purchase eye drops just mention to the chemist to not give you any tablets only eye drops as they don't harm the baby. At home use rose water to wash your eyes and the infection will disappear you don't have to worry.
