This can be accomplished by purchasing "Bitter Apple" spray and spraying it on the poop or sprinkling cayenne pepper on the poop. The second idea is to purchase over the counter pills called "Potty Mouth. " "Potty mouth" is a pill that makes poo unappetizing to your pooch.

Products like Potty Mouth only make the poo of the animal that ate it distasteful. It does not make other animals poo distasteful.  add a comment

It is NOT healthy for a puppy to eat rabbit poop because it has coccidia in it. The best way for you to handle the situation is to keep the rabbit penned away from the puppy and supervise all play time together.

Eating rabbit poop will not harm your dog. While it may seem disgusting, it is perfectly safe. The best way to curb this yucky habit is to keep the animals separate. Keeping them in separate spaces will give them both a sense of security and keep them safe. Give them opportunities to have supervised time together as well.

Dog's commonly eat their own feces, eating rabbit "poop" will not affect them negetively. If you want to stop them, train them like you did when housebreaking them.
