You could use an ace bandage to wrap around your ribs, if the adjustment you want is make it so they don't stick out as much.

YOGA is the best way to adjust the ribs. try out some postures but nake sure that you consult a doctor or someone who is trained in this so that he can help you with right postures. remember doing it wrong can enhance problem
