Give it either pedialyte or gatoraide by mouth in a syringe. Be careful not to give too much at once or it can drown. Rabbits are hard to save though.

To save the dehydrated rabbit you can go to your local pet shop and buy a syringe. Buy pedialite from the pharmacy and force the liquid with the syringe.

Syringe fluids (pedialyte or water) by hand until you can get your rabbit to a qualified exotics vet (which should be done ASAP to save it's life).

At this point it's best to take it to the vet and have them do an IV drip. The rabbit is so dehydrated it probably won't drink or if it does it may drink too much. IV's are the safest way.

Beside the normal water try clover. A regular patch of clover can be very enticing to a rabbit. The clover will help. Also try carrots. The carrots could be cut small to aid in eating.
