Try adding shredded veggies like carrots and celery into pasta dishes. Kids love pasta and pasta sauce will cover up the taste of veggies. Top cooked pasta with marinara sauce made with tomatoes, onions, zucchini, basil, and garlic.

One way to get kids to consume vegetables is to mash the vegetables fine and add them to meatloaf or meatballs. Mashed cauliflower can be substituted for mashed potatoes.

There are whole cookbooks about this. Search on Amazon or other sites. Basically you hide the good stuff inside the stuff they want. You can mix a lot of stuff into meatloaf and spaghetti is marvelous for this. You could also do like my Grandma did, "There are two choices for dinner. Take it or leave it." Good Luck

Sure, Many parents mash cooked vegetables into other foods that their children like to mask the taste. They do this so allow their children to get the proper nutrients needed from the vegetables that they don't like.
