How can I learn how to read people?

I think real learning in this area comes from experience. Are there professionals or courses at local colleges that can teach me how to read people?

There are hundreds if not thousands of book that can help you on the subject. I personally recommend a book called "How to Read People Like a Book: 50 Uncommon Tips You Need to Know (Successful Living" It has a lot of great tips and it's cheap. Hope this helps.

No. Reading people is something that has to come with experience. Once you find yourself dealing with others and making certain observations and you see these same observations in others you will start to be able to learn that pattern of behavior.
