First make sure your ears are clean and free from any problems. Try not to listen to the television or radio at a loud volume. Talk more quietly and do activities that require you to listen more.

It may sound unusual, but a very simple way to increase your hearing is by the use of ear candles. Often times your ears become so full of wax that it makes it harder to hear clearly. Do this with someone else two times a month.

A person can have an improved sense of hearing by making an effort to maintain good ear hygiene. Having to much ear wax can actually impact a person's hearing ability.

I don't think you can improve your hearing. There is no cure for improving your hearing. But you could ask your doctor to find out for sure. You should really talk to your doctor.
