The best advice would be to take your pet to the vet to have the bites checked. If you do not want to take your pet to the vet then try flea medicine.

Talk to your vet. He/she may have some cream that you could put on the bites. You should also make sure your cat's claws are clipped. The cat may try to scratch its nose which could irritate the bites even more.

To help your cat that gets insect bites on the nose would be get a flea color, or spray for her. If that doesn't help take her to the vet.

antibacterial lotion for cats can be applied to the nose. You may also need to use a dog collar to stop the cat from scratching its nose and worsening the bites.
