It is important to identify the type of worm so you can take the right course of action. Try an incesticide, and if that does not get rid of the worms ask a nursey man their professional opinion.

Well to get rid of the worms in peaches, you should spray some raid or roundup around the area to prevent damage.

The treatment needs to start in late winter/early spring when the buds on your peach tree are swollen, but not yet open. Spray at that time with a general purpose fruit spray. Repeat when about 75% of the blooms are gone and every three weeks til harvest.

There are organic pesticides that can be used. The idea of a pesticide though comes off as being toxic, though some are very helpful and not harmful to the peaches or anyone who intakes a peach. Otherwise there are not many things that you can actually do. Worms are wormy buggers that are hard to elude.

Unfortunately you will have to use pesticides on your peach trees. There is pratically no other way. Probably your peach trees are already sick, and you may need to replace them. I wouldn't put birds in trying to eat the worms because they would it the peaches as well.
