Add chicken wire around the base of the porch to keep almost any animal out. Chicken wire should be placed a few inches into the dirt and nailed down.

Find their entrances and block them off when you know they are not under the porch. Pay an animal removal professional. Dog hair is a rabbit repellant. Invest in some live traps. If you aren't squeamish you can poison or shoot them (check with civil authorities). Smoke them out. Borrow a Jack Terrier.

First you must get the rabbits to leave the area. You can do this by making it inhospitable, for example by spreading dog or coyote urine (purchase from garden supply stores) under the porch. Then you must close up any access to the the area under the porch so the rabbits cannot return.

Get a pest poison and put it where the rabbits are. Be sure you won't accidentially poison anything you don't want to poison, such as small children or pets. Be sure the area is inaccessible to them, or try another method, such as trapping the rabbits. Both lethal and non-lethal traps are available.
