How can I get my hunting rights restored?

You should obtain court records of your conviction, obtain a court hearing, file the paperwork, make the proper notifications, and appear in court to have the felony conviction dismissed.

I would write a letter to your state's department of natural resources and politely ask them to restore your hunting rights. You may want to plead your case a bit, about how you have learned from your mistake. Offer to retake a hunter's education class, if you have not done so yet.

This would be dependent upon why your rights were revoked. if a felony, its difficult but a ruling in north carolina allowed someone to be restored stating it was unconstitutional.
