How can I get my birth records from Cali, Colombia?

To get any kind of personal details, you need to talk to the authorities of the concerned country. These offices are there to help you survive in foreign countries, all you need to do is go to the respective consulate. They're your own countrymen/women, you can count on them.

Actually all the answers are incorrect, you have to know which notary you're registered in, then file a request there. If you do not know the notary, then do a search through the national registry. It'll take a few months.

Well, you have to contact your government in Columbia and then once you get it, make sure it is mailed to you. If you don't have any way of getting it, then that means you don't exist. So make srue you get your proof from the hospital you were born .
