Some of the best products for getting in shape very quickly outside of hiring a personal trainer are the Beachbody products like P90X and the Insanity Workout. These last about 90 days and you can lose a lot of weight very quickly if you do these workouts faithfully. You're going to have to work hard no matter what.

Have you heard of Zumba? It is exercise mixed in with dance. It is a mixture of hip-hop, salsa and some belly dancing. It targets all parts of your body. It has great music and is a bunch of fun. But, the key is to go to class 2 - 3 times a week to get results.

There is no overnight way to get in shape. However, the quickest way to get in shape involves exercise of different types which include weight training and cardio mixed. You must also eat right and keep the junk foods to a relative minimum. If you take in the vital nutrients, you will likely get in shape quickly.
