First try Ebay. If you have no luck there, a specialty site like makeupalley may have what you need. Also, a posting on craigslist can never hurt, maybe someone in your area has it- but don't fall for any scams! (They have a page about avoiding scams.) Additionally, there is a livejournal community for buying/selling perfume. Try posting there.

You can look online - there are many Asian originated sites which sell them. You can ask at perfume counters for them to ask the suppliers. You can check airport duty-free stores. You can ask around with work colleagues - you'd be surprised what people may have in their bathroom cupboards.

The best way to get a low priced high end perfume is to search online, or go to a store that sells name brand items for less, such as T.J. Maxx. and similar sites are popular, just be careful with your account information.

To find a discontinued perfume fragrance your best bet would be to look for an outlet store or an outlet store on line they usually have the older fragrances.
