Your insurance provider should have provided you with a list of doctors that are within your plan, if not you can go to a local hospitals website and search under their directory.

You should have a book from your insurance company that lists all the physicians that are covered under your HMO plan. If you do not have one look on the back of your insurance card for the customer service phone number and give them a call or look at your insurance carriers web site.

Each HMO or Health Maintenance Organization has a list of doctors that accept their plan. Contact your Insurance Administrator for a copy or website to utilize. Then get references.
