How can I bulk up my skinny arms and legs?

By doing exercises which increase the muscles in both. For arms, bicep curl, tricep curl, pulldown, etc. , and for legs, leg press, squats, and leg extension.

Lifting weights and eating a good amount of protein following exercise. Lifting higher weights at lower reps is good for building bulk. Also, make sure you get enough protein following strength training to help with muscle growth. Good exercises for upper body include bench press, bicep curls, and pull ups. For legs, squats, lunges and the stair climber.

Bulk up your skinny arms and legs by doing exercises three to five times a week that target these areas. Eat lots of protein in your diet to build muscle.

Well one way it to eat alot of protein every day. Also get some wieght gainer that will help out with the recover from the work outs that you do.
