The "girls" are marketing representative. Contact your local Miller distributor and ask for the number of the national marketing department to get information about applying/auditioning.

The girls who do modeling like that are probably found in a modeling agency or are recommended from some of the girls who currently do the work. It might be possible to take some pictures of yourself and send them to the Miller Lite company with some of your contact information and say that you are interested.

Although the job looks easy, it is difficult to become a Miller Lite girl. Competition is very stiff and most candidates have cheer-leading or dancing backgrounds.
