Has anyone had any dealings with Hampton Bay Fan and Lighting?

I have and they are like any company some like them some do not I have had no trouble with them personally. If you really are concerned about it though you can always check them out with the better buisiness beurou or see what dunn and brad has listed for complaints on the company.

I actually purchased a Hampton Bay Fan from Home dept and I did have some problems. First of all, the fan kept airing in the reverse direction. Then it stopped working for a while. I just don't trust this company at all now.
