As a rule Xanax usually will not affect your eyes. However, a small percentage of people will have blurred vision while using this medication.

Xanax (also known as Alprazolam) is not known to cause vision problems when taken as directed. However, patients who have been administered higher doses of the drug have reported experiencing vision problems, including blurred vision, when going off of the drug after taking it for long periods of time.
