Actually yes it does. The addition of a taller tire effectively without modifying the drive gears result in a loss in fuel mileage. The bigger will means the engine has to work harder to turn the wheel to cover the same amount of distance. The tire can add weight also.

Yes. If tire size is larger, so the weight of the car increases by that way it consumes more fuel. It affects the mileage.

Yes the type of Tyre like flat Tyre they need more traction on the road so the engine need more power then normal Tyre to move so it the mileage.
