A cat should have 6 nipples. This has nothing to do with the size of her litter, any more than a woman with two breasts should expect two babies.

Not only does the number of nipples have anything to do with litter size, but male cats have nipples, as do all male mammals.

The amount of nipples does not determine litter size. Cats can have morre kittens than nipples, creating a fight for sustenance between kittens. Many cats have litters of two.

No, the number of nipples does not determine litter size. Cats generally have a litter of 4-6 kittens, occasionally more. The best ways to determine litter size are abdominal ultrasound and x-ray. However, x-ray is not recommended because it exposes the kittens to radiation.

No the amount of nipples on a cat will not determine the litter size. Average sized litters for cats range from three to five kittens.

No. The number of nipples on a cat or any other mammal does not change and has nothing to do with the size of the litter. The nipples will get bigger and be more noticeble when a cat is pregnant or nursing but the numer she has won't ever change.

Cats have between 8 and 12 nipples, but the number of nipples does not indicate the number of kittens that will be in her litter. It is more a matter of heredity.

No. The average size of a litter is four kittens. Your female cat has six to eight nipples. Four are visible and the other two or four are not easily seen.
