Does someone sell used NASCAR tires?

Used Nascar tires have a lot of wear on them and I would not reccomend buying them. They are worn from doing 180 mph in a circle.

Most of the time used NASCAR tires are brought back to the factory for evaluation, testing, and many times remanufacturing. Many times the tires are melted down and resued. I was at a race in Dover when the Goodyear guy was selling them off the back of the truck.
