Niacin which is really vitamin b3, would not really be a reliable method. It does increase liver function to some degree, which in theory is the organ that processes drugs and other stuff out of your system, however it doesn't do it very quickly. The increased liver function is minimal at best.

Yes it does work very well actually. You have to drink a lot of water with it.. Apple cider vinegar pills work well too.

Niacin is a nutrient used by the liver to help break down nutrients, chemicals, drugs, and substances. Without it, the liver doesn't work as well. However, niacin will not accelerate liver function beyond normal range.

No, this is a myth. Niacin is just vitamin b. People take it to turn their pee yellow instead of looking clear.

If you are talking about weed, there is nothing reliable that will clean you out in less than a couple of weeks or so, including niacin, golden seal, vinegar. All this stuff is useless. The only reliable way to beat a test is with synthetic urine, which is available in smokeshops or online, it comes with a heater pad.

I was on probation for over seven years and did drugs on a dailly basis: pot, ecstacy, coke, meth, etc. I was on a call system and had to take a UA once a week. I would flush as soon as possible, and I never came up dirty.

No. Niacin works to dialate the blood vessels and improve circulation. Is available without a prescrition, and is also inexspensive.
