Breast milk can be stored at room temperature for a few hours, but will last 5-7 days if stored in the fridge. If frozen, breast milk will last 6 months.

Yes, breast milk will spoil when kept at room temperature for more than 3-4 hours. The ideal place for breast milk would be a cool place like the refrigerator. The breastmilk will keep for 2 to 5 days in the refrigerator without spoiling.

You can store freshly expressed or pumped breast milk at room temperature (78 degrees Fahrenheit or less) for up to 6 hours; preferably less than 4 hours. Refrigerate milk for longer lengths of time. Refrigerated milk s can last 6 days; ideally it should be used within 3 days.

Breastmilk, just like other milk, should be stored in the refridgerator until time to use. The best way to store it, however, is in the freezer as it can be kept for quite a few months in there. If you will be using the milk in a short period of time it would be o.k. to leave out.

Yes because just like real milk breast milk can go sour. You do have to heat it up before you give it to the baby because he/she will like it better.
