Yes! betta revive does work for most bacterial or fungal illnesses that betta fish experience. It does not work instantly however so make sure you use betta revive on your betta the moment you see something is wrong. Betta revive can also prevent many diseases by adding a couple drops to the tank every now and then.

Depends on why you are using Betta Revive. Not usually, it is more like a tonic or vitiman not a medicine. You can raise your water temperature to 78-82 degrees would be better than Betta Revive. The increase in temperature kills off most parasites and problems that attack Betta Fish.

The simpliest answer is no, Betta Revive does not work. Quality filtration, large quanitities of water in the tank, and good tank maitenance work better to ensure the health of your Betta. A three-fifty bottle of goo won't replace proper husbandry. Water changes are the very best way to ensure the health of any fish.

Yes, I have used it once when treating an unhealthy female betta. Along with a balanced diet and clean water the betta has made a great recovery.
