This is a matter of personal choice. When installing any tile under the cabinet you have the additional work of removing and re-installing the cabinet. The pro side of having tile under the cabinet, should you change the vanity you won't have a problem with missing tiles due to different size vanities.

I do, since if you don't it can compromise waterproofing. Also, if you don't tile under it and move the cabinet in the future it will leave an unsightly hole.

Whether or not you put cabinets on top of tile is a matter of personal preference. Yyou pay more in material costs to spread tile across the floor beneath the cabinets. However, if you hire someone to do the work, you will pay them for the time it takes to cut the tiles that meet the edge of the cabinets.

Yes i do,and it is necessary to remove cabinets, fittings and other stuff before installing marble tiles because it clears up the space and makes it easy to work!

Yes, but remember this floor will raise your cabinets up a little and also will require you to adjust your water hookups. Now you can be lazy and not do this, but if you ever want to change to a pedestal sink you will have a floor that doesn't match and the tile will be hard to match.

No, you should not have to take them out because it should have no effect on them very much at all.
