Yes they do make 220v timers. They are sold under various brand names like Tork or Intermatic. They are commonly used for pool pumps, water heaters, lighting, or anywhere else 220v loads need to be controlled. There are two things to look for when selecting a timer, one is the clock voltage and the other is the switch configuration.

Yes, there are numerous manufacturers that make 220 volt timers. Tork and Intermatic are just two. They are available for lighting as well as motor loads and are available in varying amperages.
