Satanists read the same Bible as Christians do; the difference is primarily in their interpretation of the content. Satanists read the bible and believe it shows the biblical God to be a cruel, malevolent creature bent on removing free will from humanity. Hence their rejection of Christianity and reverence for Satan, the Nemesis of the Biblical God.

Satanists do not have a Bible in the technical sense of that word. However, there is a 1969 book called The Satanic Bible (sometimes called The Bible Black) which contains essays and observations written by prominent Satanist Anton LaVey.
