Vitamins make your hair and nails grow stronger during pregnancy. However post pregnancy is when hair fall starts. That is very common since your body is trying to readjust to your pre pregnancy self. If you are experiencing hair fall during pregnancy it may be a sign of deficiency.

Chances are it's not your prenatal making your hair fall out. If anything, it should make it healthier. I would see your doctor because it may be a hormone imbalance.

Prenatal vitamins usually do not cause hair loss. In fact, they usually help promote hair health and growth. However, pregnancy itself can cause hair loss. Discuss this with your doctor.

Prenatal vitamins shouldn't make your hair fall out. Hormones during pregnancy actually cause your hair to fall out less. You might want to talk to your doctor about this, you may have a hormone imbalance.

Prenatal vitamins include many B vitamins that increase hair growth and strengthen hair and nails. It would not be the cause of hair loss.
