Do people throw co-ed baby showers?

While I think it should be just for the mother, I have noticed more often than not, that fathers are becoming more involved. I have attended one co-ed baby shower, and it was nice to see the fathers involved!

Traditionally it would be just women, but it's become more popular to have a co-ed party. Easy ways to do so and keep in budget is a BBQ or Potluck.
