Do I want to purchase drabber to mix with my permanent hair color?

A drabber is an additive which is used to "tone down" gold or brassy tones in the hair. The need for a drabber is based upon the shade you are starting out with and the shade you wish to end up with. My best advice as a professional is to ask a professional for his/ her opinion before purchasing.

You want to use drabber if you have experienced a color hue problem. If your hair becomes brassy or orange you would use a drabber to correct it. if you are happy with the color then there would be no need for it.

I'm always nervous to mix dyes because you can have a really bad reaction, and nobody wants to end up with orange hair!
