Do I have the right to ask the court for a copy of my living trust?

If you filed your living trust with the court, go to the documents room with the relevant information and get a copy. You will have to pay to make copies, if that is your intention, but you won't have any problems securing a copy of it. The court, however, will not look it up and send it to you.

Yes, you should go to the probate office in your local courthouse and find out the procedure. Usually you can provide identification and they will release it to you. If they will not release it to you a letter or simple motion to the court will get you in front of a judge who can authorize the release.

You absolutely have a right to ask for the copy of your living trust. I would recommend going to look for the lawyer first.

You do not go to court. You either go to the local courthouse if you filed a copy or contact the attorney who drafted it.
