Do dentists use cadaver teeth for implants?

I don't want cadaver teeth in me.

Tooth implants are usually made out of synthetic material that are screwed into the bone of the jaw and colored to match your original teeth.

Yes,the cadaver teeth are treated and grafting done and dentist use it for implants. There is no such fear of using cadaver treated teeth as implants.

Cadaver teeth are sometimes treated with chemicals and highly processed & are made suitable for use in the filling the sockets indental implants.
